Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a BD, marketing or pursuits role within a professional services environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written communication and drafting skills.
• Experience with, or curiosity about, AI and emerging technologies.
• Strong collaboration and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead pitches, proposals and tender responses to win new work and strengthen client relationships.
• Collaborate with the BD Manager, lawyers and partners to execute strategic business development initiatives.
• Develop and maintain market credentials, pitching resources and BD infrastructure for efficient activity.
• Coordinate the EIRS podcast program from content planning through to launch and reporting.
• Support thought leadership campaigns, client events and profile-raising initiatives.
