Job summary

Weber Store in Casula is seeking a motivated Retail Salesperson to join our family-owned business. You will provide expert advice on BBQs, accessories, and electric fireplaces, and help customers learn and enjoy the Weber experience.

You’ll build lasting relationships, maintain store presentation, and assist with demos and events. Weekend rosters are included in this friendly, growth-focused role.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for BBQ's and outdoor cooking
• Energetic, outgoing, and approachable personality
• Previous customer service or retail experience
• Basic knowledge of BBQ equipment (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Sound computer skills and confidence using POS systems
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic retail environment

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and drive sales across BBQs, accessories, and electric fireplaces (full training provided)
• Build strong customer relationships and develop a loyal client base
• Create a lively, engaging, and welcoming in-store atmosphere
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Assist with in-store cooking demonstrations and events
• Work weekends as part of a rotating roster
