Bathroom Renovation Job Description

Tasks include bath tub resurfacing/spray painting and shower tiles resurfacing/spray painting.

Tiling work is required in the following areas: bathroom (approximately 3.5 SM), ensuite (1.7 SM), and toilette (1.1 SM).

The job needs to be completed before the end of October.

Additionally, the main shower's waterproofing may need attention due to signs of water damage, including a wet carpet in the adjacent bedroom and eroded grout in the shower.

Some materials are already onsite, including tiles and grout. The bathroom floor and wall tiles have been installed, and waterproofing has been completed. However, floor and shower drains need to be covered.
