Reece Group is seeking a customer-focused showroom assistant in Heatherbrae, NSW. You will help builders, interior designers and homeowners navigate renovations, select bathroom products, and manage quotes and orders by email and phone. Proficiency with a computer and eagerness to learn new systems is valued.

You’ll visit sites for updates, promote great relationships and support a safe, smooth showroom operation in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships.
• Energetic, proactive and willing to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting bathroom products.
• Create and manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone.
• Use the 3D Planner to bring customer dreams to life.
• Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain relationships.
• Keep showroom running smoothly and safely.
