Job summary

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with batching plant delivery experience for a major infrastructure project based in Lake MacDonald, QLD. The role suits a hands-on leader who can manage end-to-end batching/fixed plant delivery, coordinate mobilisation, civil works and plant foundations, and oversee installation.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in project management, proven batching or fixed plant delivery, and strong subcontractor and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of project management experience.
• Proven batching or fixed plant project delivery.
• Strong understanding of plant installation and commissioning.
• Experience coordinating civil, mechanical and electrical works.
• Strong subcontractor and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident working in a fast-paced site environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of batching/fixed plant.
• Coordinate mobilisation, civil works and plant foundations.
• Oversee mechanical and electrical installation.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Coordinate commissioning and final handover.
• Monitor project schedules, progress and milestones.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and on time.
