Responsibilities

• Operate with production team to meet daily service levels.
• Refer to the Production Schedule to align with daily orders.
• Set up and adjust meat processing equipment for each product.
• Prepare meat and mince, batch ingredients, and make sausages.
• Cut, trim, and process meat according to customer specs.
• Clean the process area to maintain hygiene and safety.
• Report faults and participate in solving production issues.
