Job summary

Adbri Limited’s Hy-Tec concrete plant in Swanbank is hiring for a Trainee Batcher / Batcher / Senior Batch Plant Operator. You will manage concrete batching, schedule deliveries, and operate plant equipment. Full training is provided if you have no prior batching experience.

The role focuses on safety, reliability, and hands-on work within a supportive team. Responsibilities include client-facing service, batching to mix designs, rostering and truck movement scheduling, and material ordering.
