Job summary

Hy-Tec is seeking a Concrete Batcher in Dapto to join our friendly and supportive team. You will be responsible for accurately combining and dispensing premix materials, ready for delivery by our Agitator Truck Drivers, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Based in Dapto, this full-time, permanent, day-shift role reports to the Plant Manager. You will receive comprehensive training, expand your expertise in concrete batching, and have real opportunities to grow within Hy-Tec and the

Hy-Tec are seeking a Concrete Batcher to join our friendly and supportive team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately combining and dispensing premix materials, ready for delivery by our Agitator Truck Drivers.

Based in Dapto and reporting to the Plant Manager, this full-time, permanent, day-shift role requires a strong commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and effective time management.

In addition to leveraging your existing skills, you will receive comprehensive training, expand your expertise, and gain exposure to the construction materials industry. We offer an attractive hourly rate and real opportunities to grow within the business.

• Materials handling and ordering
• Basic plant maintenance including contractor management.
• Operation of plant including a Front-End Loader
• Operation of the computerized batching plants
• Maintaining housekeeping/cleaning standards
• Administration tasks as required
