Alliance Airlines is seeking an experienced aviation professional to provide engineering support for base maintenance work packages, aircraft defects and engineering requests across the Alliance fleet. You will coordinate with OEMs and Part 21 organisations, maintain scratch and dent records, and ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards in line with Alliance values.

• Total aviation experience around 5 years in a similar environment.
• AME on Alliance Aircraft types is required or preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Maintenance Control and airworthiness processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the control and completion of all SMS actions and findings.
• Promote and maintain safety, quality and security compliance per Safety Manual.
• Promote safety & security reporting within SMS by all staff.
• Ensure OH&S and environmental compliance per state law.
• Provide support for engineering requests raised via the CAMO database.
• Coordinate oversight and management of the Dent & Buckle file for all Alliance aircraft.
• Act as a focal for aircraft structural queries and coordinate with OEMs, Part 21 organisations and Engineering to develop repair actions.
• Provide engineering support to Heavy Maintenance events for the Alliance fleet with on-site Engineering Rep.
• Prompt identification and reporting of anomalies to senior engineers and CAMO manager.
• Liaise with Sub-Contract maintenance organisations as required.
• Advise Continuing Airworthiness Manager on Major Defect or non-compliance occurrences.
• Provide recommendations based on ADs and vendor service bulletins.
• Liaise with manufacturers or vendors for resolution of engineering problems.
• Provide engineering guidance on mechanical matters and suitable alternate components.
• Evaluate defects for possible revisions to maintenance requirements.
