Job summary

OG FOODS PTY LTD, Hungry Jack’s team in Australia, is seeking a Restaurant Leader to report to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team. You will drive guest obsession and People Power values in service and production areas, leading a team where guests are central and teamwork is essential.

You will oversee promotional activities, staff development, store merchandising, stock control and safety.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where: Guests are placed at the centre of the business.
