The Australian Football League is seeking a Barkly Football & Collingwood FC NGA Lead to support football development across the Barkly region. You will coordinate league administration, assist with match day operations and help connect players with academy opportunities.

Working with clubs, schools and volunteers, you will drive participation plans, support junior pathways and uphold policies to ensure safe, engaging football experiences that grow community participation.

• Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with volunteers, committees and community stakeholders.
• Strong organisation, planning and coordination skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across clubs, schools, communities and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
• Initiative, sound judgment and independence.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Valid Working with Children Check and NT Driver Licence.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing and managing Barkly Football League match day operations.
• Developing and delivering participation plans for the Barkly region.
• Supporting development of junior and youth football pathways.
• Administering competitions in line with policies and by-laws.
• Building relationships with AFLNT, league and club presidents, volunteers and stakeholders.
• Driving umpire recruitment and retention across the region.
• Coordinating match day staff duties and rosters.
• Ensuring consistent competition operations across the Northern Territory.
• Assisting with media information related to the region and competition.
• Supporting Collingwood FC NGA activities in Barkly and connecting local talent with academy opportunities.
