Job summary

Poppy's Home & Garden Centre in Newcastle, NSW is seeking a casual BARISTA / WAITSTAFF to join a busy Breakfast/Lunch dining experience. You must be available on weekdays from 7:30 to 3 PM and rotate with some weekend shifts.

You will multitask in front of house, deliver friendly service, and adapt to menu changes. Barista experience is highly regarded, and wine/alcohol service knowledge is a plus.

RSA is required; the role offers flexible wages and a calm, aesthetically pleasing workplace.

MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKDAYS 7:30-3PM AND SOME WEEKENDS

We are looking for a casual BARISTA / WAITSTAFF who wants to be a part of a busy Breakfast/Lunch Dining experience.

We are open 7 days and rosters will rotate with some weekend work included.

You must be able to multi task in front of house whilst offering friendly courteous service.

Wait Staff need to have the ability to adjust to menu changes and be able to contribute to back of house Desert/Beverage preparation including cocktails.

Barista experience is highly regarded.

Our restaurant is licenced and applicants who are confident in wine and alcohol service are preferred.

Our barista must have on the job experience, a strong knowledge of coffee machines and grinder adjusting as required, a strong attention to detail, including coffee art as well as a willingness to assist in other Beverages cocktails/smoothies/juices.
