Willow Café on Balmoral's Brisbane area is seeking an experienced casual barista to join a fast-paced, community-minded team. You’ll confidently handle the machine and deliver consistent quality, with shifts open for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and mornings on Tuesdays and Thursdays preferred.

Hours range 20–30 per week, with potential weekend work. We value a bubbly personality, strong latte art, and the ability to connect with customers while staying calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume cafe.
• Proven latte art skills and espresso knowledge.
• Strong customer service and ability to work with a team.

We’re on the hunt for an experienced barista to join our team at Willow Café.

We are a fast-paced, community-focused café and we’re looking for someone who can confidently step onto the machine and deliver consistent quality under pressure. At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume cafe is required.

• Ability to handle high-volume service with calm efficiency

Availability Required:

• Open to close Mondays
• Open to close Wednesdays
• Open to close on Fridays
• Tuesday and Thursday mornings (preferred, not required)

These are essential shifts. If you cannot commit to full days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, this role is not suitable. Also note as it is a casual position, hours are subject to change and you may be asked to work or cover weekends in future.
