Job summary

3Eightnine Scarborough, a vibrant café and bar in Scarborough, Queensland, seeks an enthusiastic Barista All Rounder. You will craft both coffee and cocktails, deliver exceptional service, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

The role requires at least 1 year in a fast-paced hospitality setting, latte art skills, and RSA certification. You’ll work with a friendly team, enjoy flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and contribute to a collaborative workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or Bartender in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, including the ability to create latte art.
• Experience in preparing a variety of cocktails and mixed drinks.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Current RSA certification

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, cocktails, and other beverages to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, anticipating customer needs and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Assist with food preparation and service as required.
• Contribute to the overall operations of the café and bar, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and compliance standards
