Qualifications

• Previous experience in Hospitality and Kitchen/Cafes including barista skills and cooking and food preparation essential
• Ability to work in fast paced environment offering prompt and reliable service
• Maturity, trustworthiness and honesty
• Accuracy relating to cash transactions
• Relevant food handling qualifications and an understanding of all food safety and hygiene requirements desirable
• Excellent communication and presentation
• Creativity to inspire customers through Store presentation, merchandising and stock management
• Ability to delight our customers with amazing customer service
• Maintaining optimal Store cleanliness and hygiene at all times

Fantastic full time, part time, casual opportunities to join the brand new APCO Cafe 24/7 Kangaroo Flat

Hours will be between Monday to Sunday

APCO is a well-established, Australian owned independent petrol, convenience, café and grocery retailer.

With our newly renovated Kangaroo Flat Store, we are excited to add to our dynamic team with an experienced Barista, Kitchenhand, Customer Service Assistant.

These positions require energetic and team focused candidateswho possesses prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen/café environment. Barista making, cooking and prep work are all essential requirements of this position - where delicious food, great coffee and exceptional customer service are always on offer!

At APCO, our focus is on providing fresh quality food and coffee, groceries and fuelto all customers and the Bendigo and surrounding community and to achieve this we need like-minded team members who are as passionate about this as we are!
