Job summary

Cater Care is seeking an experienced Barista to join our Regency Park kitchen team in South Australia. You will prepare espresso drinks, deliver friendly service, and support cafe and catering operations during a Monday–Friday shift.

Working with the team, you’ll help maintain food safety, assist with food preparation, and ensure a clean, welcoming dining area. Formal qualifications are an advantage, with uniform provided and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as barista in a busy café or hospitality environment.
• Formal qualifications are an advantage.
• Ability to support kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality espresso coffee and specialty beverages.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service, including serving meals and snacks.
• Assist with food preparation and day-to-day café and catering operations.
• Restock supplies and maintain clean, organised kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
