Qualifications

• Experience as a Barista in a busy hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods and espresso technique.
• Barista certification or formal training in coffee preparation is desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages and specialty coffee drinks.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines and equipment to high standards.
• Take orders and process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service and build relationships with patrons.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service area, equipment and work stations.
• Manage stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as required.
• Collaborate with team during busy service periods.
• Follow all food safety and health regulations.
