Job summary

Ramsay Health Care is seeking a friendly Barista for a casual role in our hospital café. You will welcome customers and serve a range of beverages, light meals and snacks while delivering attentive service to patients, staff and visitors.

The position requires prior café or hospitality experience, strong communication skills and a commitment to food safety. Flexible shifts, including mornings and weekends, are offered within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Previous café or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Sound understanding of food safety, hygiene and infection control standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service focus and a friendly, professional manner.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including mornings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages.
• Taking customer orders and operating the POS system.
• Assisting with basic food preparation.
