Macchina Espresso Beecroft NSW is seeking a Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our community-focused café. Part-time with potential to move to full-time, delivering consistent coffee and friendly service. You will prepare and serve beverages, take orders at the POS, maintain cleanliness, and support the team during busy periods.

Macchina Espresso is looking for an enthusiastic Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving coffee and beverages consistently

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in a café, barista, or hospitality role

• A genuine interest in coffee and a willingness to learn more about our in house roasting and specialty blends

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure

• Reliability, professionalism, and a team-focused mindset

• Willingness to learn and help out across all areas of the café
