Job summary

Nepali Lai Kaam in Sydney is seeking a Barista to join our vibrant café team. You will craft beverages, maintain a clean workspace, and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers. If you love coffee and fast-paced environments, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities include preparing drinks, maintaining equipment, and delivering excellent service while handling cash transactions and helping train new staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience in front of house roles.
• Experience overseeing coffee machine settings and maintenance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
