Job summary

Accor is seeking a Barista at Mantra 2 Bond Street in Sydney, delivering exceptional coffee experiences in a welcoming setting. You will brew and serve a range of beverages, maintain a tidy workspace, and engage with guests to ensure memorable visits.

The role requires strong customer service, familiarity with espresso and milk techniques, and flexibility to work weekends and evenings. RSA or equivalent qualification is required.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, and tea preparation.
• Previous engagement in roles that involve direct customer interaction, showcasing strong communication and people skills.
• Proficiency in operating coffee machines, grinders, and other barista tools.
• Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals.
• Embrace a flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays to keep the coffee flowing smoothly.
• Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory.
