Job summary

Bouncer Cafe in Parramatta is seeking a motivated barista for a permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday, ~40 hours per week. The position requires at least 2 years of barista experience, strong customer service, and the ability to self-manage in a busy cafe environment.

Job Description

Seeking enthusiastic and efficient barista to join our team in Parramatta. Looking for a barista Monday through Friday (40 hours) for busy cafe doing approximately 5kgs coffee per day. Minimum 2 years' experience necessary. Must be people-oriented and able to self-manage. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• ensuring consistently high quality production and service of coffee and other assorted drinks
• using POS system to take orders for all food & beverages
• maintaining all equipment to the highest standard, including daily cleaning and weekly servicing of coffee machine, fridges and other equipment
• manage stock & inventory levels for beverages & packaging, including rotating ingredients to ensure freshness
• creating positive relationships with all customers and staff, helping to create a healthy environment
