The opportunity

Max's corner is seeking a passionate and experienced Barista/Waitress to join our vibrant team. As a Barista/Waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers. This is a casual position with potential to become full-time in the future, based in Essendon VIC 3040.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages with expertise and attention to detail
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring customers\' needs are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the bar and seating areas
• Accurately handle cash and card payments
• Assist with food preparation and service, as required
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements for this role

• Previous experience as a Barista and/or Waitress in a similar hospitality environment
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
