We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista/All-Rounder to join our friendly team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coffee Preparation : Expertly prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages.
• Customer Service : Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure an exceptional experience.
• Shop Operations : Open and close the shop efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed.
• Cleaning & Maintenance : Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of equipment and surfaces.
• Waste Management : Take out bins as necessary.
• MarketShifts : Participate in Saturday/Sunday market shifts as required.
• Money Handling : Process payments accurately and manage the cash register.
• Kitchen Assistance : Perform basic kitchen-hand tasks during downtime or as needed.

Requirements

• Experience : A minimum of 6 months of barista experience is essential. You must be confident in operating coffee machines and producing consistently excellent coffee.
• Availability : Weekend availability is mandatory.

Employment Details
