We are seeking a barber who takes pride in their craft, has excellent attention to detail, and can consistently deliver high-quality haircuts and grooming services. The ideal candidate will be confident working with a diverse range of clients, have strong technical barbering skills, and understand the importance of creating a welcoming, professional and premium experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

Perform a wide range of fades, including skin fades, low fades, mid fades, high fades and taper fades, with precision and consistency.

Deliver high-quality classic haircuts and traditional barbering styles.

Perform beard trims, shaping, line-ups and detailed beard grooming.

Demonstrate strong scissor-cutting techniques for a variety of hair types and styles.

Provide professional styling and finishing services to achieve the desired look for each client.

Deliver hot towel services as part of our premium grooming experience.

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly, communicating professionally and understanding their individual needs.

Consult with clients to recommend suitable haircuts, styles and grooming products.

Maintain excellent hygiene and sanitation standards, ensuring tools, chairs and workstations are clean and ready for every customer.

Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the standards and reputation of Atta Barbershop.

Be involved in videos, recording and participating in video ads.
