Job summary

Crown Resorts is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to support the Bar Manager at Crown Melbourne, driving service excellence and team performance. You will be on the floor during service, coaching staff and ensuring flagship standards are upheld.

Ideal candidates bring proven F&B leadership experience in high-volume environments, strong communication, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Assistant Bar Manager or F&B leadership role.
• Experience in bar/restaurant/hotel or high-volume hospitality.
• Strong bar operations, team leadership and service delivery.
• Proven coaching and development of diverse teams.
• Exceptional guest service and memorable experiences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving.
• Experience managing service standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support Bar Manager in day-to-day operation of Crown Melbourne bar.
• Coach, motivate and develop team members.
• Drive operational excellence through service delivery and readiness.
• Lead on-floor during service and uphold Crown standards.
• Support labour management, cost control and revenue growth.
• Build relationships with guests to maximise satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance, safety and responsible service.
