Job summary

ALH Hotels' Victoria Hotel is seeking a Bar & Gaming Attendant who loves people and has a passion for pub food and drinks. You’ll be the face of the floor, greeting guests, recommending meals, and delivering memorable service on a busy pub floor.

You'll work closely with the gaming team, ensuring high standards from the first pour to closing. RSA certification and flexible availability are a must; RSG is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold RSA certification.
• Current RSG and some gaming experience is an asset.
• Ability to perform physical tasks safely, including lifting and moving stock.

Responsibilities

A Day In The Life Of a B&G Attendant

• Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.


• Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.


• Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.


• From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.


• Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able

Inherent Requirements

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About You

• You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.


• You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.


• You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.


• A Current RSG and some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
