Job summary

Colyton Hotel is seeking a Bar and Gaming Attendant who can be the welcoming face on the floor, delivering engaging service and expert product recommendations. You will handle bar duties, assist with dining service, and contribute to a memorable guest experience within ALH Hotels’ Colyton venue.

The role requires physical tasks, with lifting and moving stock as part of the daily duties. A current RSA certificate is mandatory, and RSG and gaming exposure are desirable to enhance performance.

A day in the life of a B&G Attendant:

Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.

Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.

Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.

From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.

Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able

Inherent requirements:

This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.

You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.

You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.

An RSG Certificate is highly desirable and some gaming experienceorwillingness to learn would also be an asset.
