ALH Hotels at Henley Beach is seeking a Bar & Gaming Attendant to deliver memorable guest experiences across dining and gaming areas.

You will engage with guests, recommend meals and drinks, and support the gaming team while upholding RSA compliance. The role involves physical tasks and a flexible schedule, with opportunities to grow within the ALH Hotels network.

Formación

• Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving stock safely.
• RSA certificate held and flexible availability.
• Gaming experience or willingness to learn; supervisory experience an asset.

About The Role

Bar & Gaming Attendant | Henley Beach Hotel

A Day In The Life Of a B&G Attendant

• Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
• Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
• From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
• Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able

Inherent Requirements

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About You

• You're a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
• You're a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
• You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
• You have a current RSG and gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
• Supervisory experience would also be an asset
