Job summary

ALH Hotels at Deception Bay Tavern is seeking a proactive Bar & Gaming Attendant to welcome guests and provide warm, authentic service. You will support gaming and wagering operations while upholding Responsible Service of Alcohol and gaming regulations.

A fun, energetic vibe and a readiness to learn are essential. You’ll be the face of the floor, helping guests choose drinks, delivering great service, and ensuring every visit is memorable from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Current RSA and RSG certifications.
• Flexible availability.
• Some gaming experience or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
• Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect drink to make a guest's day.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
• From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
• Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.
