Hat Head Bowling & Recreation Club Limited is seeking an enthusiastic hospitality team member to prepare and serve beverages in a friendly, coastal club setting. You will work across weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays, delivering great customer service in a relaxed environment.

Responsibilities include operating POS, handling cash, managing TAB and KENO terminals, and ensuring RSA/RCG compliance. Join a welcoming team that values reliability, presentation and a positive attitude.

Hat Head Bowling & Recreation Club is located at Hat Head on the Mid North Coast of NSW. It has become a retreat for people wanting to get away and is known for its bushwalking, excellent surf beaches, fishing and most of all for its peacefulness & beauty. The club is a great place to have a drink and enjoy our friendly atmosphere.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Preparing and serving beverages
• Operating POS systems and handling cash
• Ensuring compliance with RSA, RCG and club policies
• Signing guests and members in following ClubsNSW regulations
• Operating TAB and KENO terminals
• Gaming machine operations
• Ensuring a clean, welcoming and professional environment
• Follow closing procedures

Qualifications & experience

• Experience preferred but not necessary
• Hold a current RSA and RCG
• Have a positive attitude and strong customer focus
• Are reliable, well presented and a team player
• Able to work flexibly across weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays
