Job summary

Wests Group Macarthur is hiring part-time Bar, Gaming and Floor Staff across four venues in the Macarthur region. Roles require flexibility across days, nights, weekends and holidays, with overnight shifts possible. A current RSA and RCG, a valid driver’s licence, and strong customer service are essential.

We offer above-award wages, roster planning three weeks in advance, full training, uniforms, and various staff perks as part of a community-focused hospitality group.

Availability Requirements

These are part time positions and require flexibility across our operational hours, including but not limited to:

• Days, nights, weekends, long weekends and public holidays.
• Overnight shifts (you must be available to work overnights for this role).
• Core availability from Thursday to Sunday.
• Christmas and New Year period (we trade every day of the year!).
