The role requires hospitality experience, a passion for bar services and live music, and current RSA certification. You will work in a vibrant setting with high-energy teams and responsive customer service delivery.

• Proven experience in hospitality, food & beverage or bar services.
• A passion and interest in bar services and live music.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service.
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and hands-on approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a professional approach to handling customer concerns and complaints.
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
