Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound judgement.
• Demonstrated leadership capability, preferably with team management experience.
• Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences.
• Strategic mindset with agility to navigate uncertainty and solve problems.
• Excellent written communication skills for high-quality reports and documents.
• Background in policy or related areas is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing strategic research and analysis to inform the Bank’s banknote strategies.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders including scientific, operational and policy teams.
• Applying strong analytical, critical thinking, and writing skills to shape strategic, policy and operational decisions.
• Overseeing project management of high-profile initiatives such as the $5 Redesign Project with reporting to governance committees.
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including industry partners and accessibility advocates.
• Providing influential, evidence-based advice to senior leadership on complex strategic issues.
• Leading and developing a high-performing team.
