Talenza is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead a complex, large-scale enterprise transformation within financial services. This senior leadership role involves end-to-end programme oversight across multiple Release Trains, ensuring alignment and readiness for major release events.

The role requires governance, executive reporting, and strategic delivery with strong stakeholder management in banking technology transformations. Sydney-based, hybrid work arrangement, permanent.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale technology transformation programmes in banking.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple Release Trains (RTEs) across complex ecosystems.
• Strong governance, reporting and readiness practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall programme leadership across multiple Release Trains, ensuring integrated planning, delivery alignment and dependency management.
• Lead and coordinate RTEs across complex, interdependent technology and business workstreams.
• Establish strong programme governance, reporting and readiness practices.
• Oversee major release and migration events, including planning, readiness assessments, implementation, hypercare and lessons learned.
• Provide executive-level insights, reporting and recommendations to support key programme decisions.
• Drive alignment across Business, Technology and Transformation teams and manage complex cross-functional dependencies.
• Build strong relationships with senior executives and stakeholders across a highly complex delivery environment.
