Environmental Resources Management is seeking an experienced BAM-accredited ecologist to join the Newcastle/Sydney Ecology team as Managing Consultant. You will lead biodiversity impact assessments for high-profile renewables, resources, government and planning projects, guiding a team of ecologists across Australia and collaborating with regulators, clients and communities.

You will oversee field surveys, offset strategy development and the preparation of Biodiversity Development Assessment

Qualifications

• 5+ years environmental consulting experience.
• Biodiversity Assessment Method (BAM) accreditation.
• Experience in biodiversity assessments and development reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead biodiversity impact assessments for major projects across sectors.
• Conduct field surveys and manage data collection.
• Develop and implement biodiversity offset strategies and reporting.
