Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group – Sunshine Coast QLD is seeking a Bakery Supervisor to lead the bakery team. This full-time or part-time role requires a passion for food and baking, plus confidence in stock management and basic computer systems.

You will manage a small team, ensure high standards of product quality and service, and uphold safety and food handling practices while delivering an exceptional customer experience at the bakery counter.

The business operates extensive fresh departments and are seeking a Bakery Supervisor to join their Bakery team on a full-time or part-time basis. This is an entry level supervisory role offering the chance to develop your team and build a pathway toward higher management opportunities.

About the role

As the Bakery Supervisor, you'll bring a genuine passion for food, baking and quality products and service. Previous bakery experience is highly regarded, however a strong interest in the industry and a willingness to learn is also important. You'll be confident managing stock orders and using basic computer systems while leading a team that works together to deliver outstanding results. A current manual driver's licence is essential, along with a commitment to ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience from the moment they walk through the door.
