Job summary

Step In Recruitment is seeking experienced Warehouse Operators for an ongoing casual role at a leading Food & Beverage/FMCG site in Eastgardens, NSW. Pay rate is AUD 37.00–42.55+ per hour with a rotating 2-week shift cycle (Day, Afternoon, Night) and Monday–Friday roster.

Qualifications

• Experience operating packaging machinery in Food & Beverage or FMCG preferred.
• Understanding of food safety & quality standards advantageous.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Strong teamwork with a can-do attitude.
• Available to start ASAP and work rotating shifts.

Step In Recruitment is seeking experienced and reliable Warehouse Operators to join a leading Food & Beverage/FMCG manufacturing site in Eastgardens.

Ongoing casual role with strong potential to go permanent.

Pay Rate: $37.00–$42.55+ per hour

Roster: Monday–Friday

Rotating Shifts (2‑week rotation):

• Day: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Night: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Key Requirements

• Packaging machinery experience in Food & Beverage or FMCG (highly advantageous)
• Competent Counterbalance Forklift operator (High‑Reach beneficial but not essential)
• Understanding of food safety & quality standards (advantageous)
• Basic computer literacy
• Strong teamwork, can‑do attitude, and willingness to learn
• Able to work rotating shifts
• Available to start ASAP
