Job summary

TAG in Carrara is seeking food process workers to join the bakery production team on the Gold Coast. Roles involve on‑line duties including packing, sorting and preparing baked goods for distribution, while ensuring quality and food safety standards are met.

Shifts run day, afternoon and night from Monday to Friday with immediate starts available. Ongoing hours, weekly pay, and opportunities for long‑term placement are provided in a team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production, manufacturing, or bakery environments is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven workplace.
• Unrestricted working rights.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening.
• Reliable, punctual and physically fit.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist on production lines within a bakery setting.
• Pack, sort and prepare baked goods for distribution.
• Monitor product quality and consistency.
• Operate basic bakery or production equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety requirements.
• Manual handling and repetitive tasks.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
