The Glen Hotel Pty is hiring a reliable Kitchen Hand / KP to support our bakery team. You will help with dishwashing, cleaning, and basic prep while keeping the kitchen tidy and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

• We’re seeking individuals with a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail.
• Available for early starts and able to stand for long periods.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on kitchen environment.
• Team players with a positive attitude. Previous kitchen or bakery experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing and cleaning of bakery equipment, trays, and utensils.
• Maintaining cleanliness across kitchen, production, and storage areas.
• Supporting bakers with basic prep and stock handling.
• Following food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards.
• Assisting with waste management and end-of-shift clean-down.
