You will collaborate with sales and admin teams, run trials, and ensure optimized recipes with consistent flavor, color and texture while traveling to the Pacific Islands as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industry, technical or commercial roles.
• Background in baking or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop new recipes and modify existing ones as needed.
• Research markets and technologies to generate new product concepts.
• Source raw materials from preferred suppliers and estimate costs.
• Run trials and validate product quality and labeling.
