Drakes Supermarkets is seeking a hands-on Bakery Assistant to join our Bakery team. Reporting to the Bakery Manager, you will help with daily operations, production, and customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

You will support rostering, assist with orders, and coach junior staff as needed, while upholding safety and quality standards. A friendly, proactive approach and strong communication are essential to helping us deliver exceptional service.
