Job summary

Burek House is looking for a Bakery All-Rounder to join our team across Corrimal, Warrawong, Berkeley and Cringila. You will handle bakery tasks, kitchen prep and customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Role requires availability at all four stores, baking as needed, and knowledge of coffee variants. Training provided; hospitality experience preferred. Early shifts (4am–6am) and weekend work are required.

Qualifications

• Must be available to cover shifts at all four stores.
• Must have a valid driver's licence and a car for early shifts (4am-6am).
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to multi-task, prioritise, manage time and complete tasks.
• Able to bake (training will be provided).
• Must have product knowledge and understanding of coffee variants.
• Must work Monday to Sunday (minimum three days per week).
• Available for some weekend days and early morning shifts (4am-6am).
• Shift times range from 4am to 6pm (7-8 hour shifts).
• Hospitality experience: 1 year (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly and enthusiastic customer service
• Work independently in the kitchen, including setup and cleaning, food preparation, packaging and production
• Bake (training will be provided)
• Demonstrate product knowledge and understanding of coffee variants
• Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
