Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based coffee drinks and other beverages with precision and consistency
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, including regular sanitisation of equipment and surfaces
• Assist with food preparation, plating and presentation according to established standards
• Stock and rotate inventory, ensuring adequate supplies of coffee, milk, food items and consumables
• Provide friendly, attentive and professional customer service to all guests
• Work collaboratively with team members
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
