Job summary

Banjo’s is seeking a motivated Baker to join the Townsville West End team on a casual basis. Experience is preferred but training will be provided for the right candidate; reliability and a positive attitude are important in our fast-paced bakery.

We’re open 7 days a week with shifts between 3am and 6pm, including weekends and public holidays. Availability across those days and times is required, with flexibility for both early morning and early afternoon shifts.

Qualifications

• Confidence and a positive attitude.
• Reliable with good organisation and communication.
• Experience producing quality baked goods is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Produce great tasting baked goods, fresh every day.
• Work with Production Team to maintain high quality.
• Coordinate with Sales Team to track product levels.
• Follow WHS practices to ensure safety.

About The Role

• Work closely with the Production Team to ensure Banjo’s high-quality standards are consistently achieved
• Communicate with the Sales Team to keep track of product levels
• Follow Banjo’s established WHS practices to ensure you and your team are always safe at work
