Job summary

Red Migration in Melbourne is seeking a seasoned baker to take sole charge of night production at an established bakery and hospitality business.

You will bake bread, pastries and donuts from the first mix to the finished display, on a six-night pattern roughly 10 pm to 5 am, with Wednesdays off. The start is immediate and the role includes four weeks of annual leave, with visa sponsorship available to the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Turn out the full range of bakery items on a night shift, working solo and taking full responsibility for overnight production.
• Bake bread, pastries and donuts from the first mix to the finished display.
• Operate the range, mixers, ovens and displays while the bakery is closed for customers.

Melbourne has an opening for a seasoned Baker prepared to take sole charge of night production at an established bakery and hospitality business. The person hired is trusted to turn out the whole range alone while the doors are closed. Bread, pastries and donuts are all part of the brief, from the first mix to the finished display.

The working pattern is six nights, roughly 10 pm to 5 am, with Wednesdays off. Exact hours are still to be agreed.
