Job summary

Woolworths Group in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Baker Team Leader to join our Fresh Food Bakery. You will lead a fast-paced, energetic crew, bake a range of fresh products daily, and ensure the highest quality for our customers.

The role requires a formal baking qualification or industry equivalent and prior fast-paced bakery experience. You’ll champion food safety, mentor staff, and continue developing your baking and leadership skills in a supportive environment.
