Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a passionate baker to join our Fresh Food Bakery team in Australia. You’ll bring your baking expertise to deliver fresh, high-quality products to customers, while mentoring teammates and keeping a fast-paced station humming.

In this role you’ll champion food safety, lead shifts, and develop your leadership skills in a supportive, community-focused environment. A formal baking qualification or equivalent, plus experience in a busy bakery, will help you thrive and grow
