About the role

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a B2B Marketing Specialist, you’ll lead the end-to-end execution of marketing and communication campaigns for government employers and unions, with a focus on engagement, retention, and promoting financial wellbeing in the workplace.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Deliver B2B marketing communications for employers and unions, including legislative obligations, product updates, and service campaigns (e.g., contributions, payroll).
  • Create executive communications for government employers and union stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver Super link quarterly updates and financial wellbeing campaigns.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive satisfaction, engagement, growth, and retention.
  • Deliver member engagement communications (B2B2C, B2C) for workplace activations, seminars, and events.
  • Produce collateral toolkits on superannuation and retirement topics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement annual marketing plans and calendars.
  • Partner with teams across the business to align objectives with marketing activities.
  • Design and execute multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns that drive business results and positive behaviour change.
  • Analyse campaign results and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Research market intelligence to inform business decisions and recommendations.

This role is a 12-month max-term/ secondment opportunity.

About you

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

  • You have experience in both traditional and digital marketing, ideally within the financial services industry (especially financial advice or professional services).
  • You’re confident working across both B2B and B2C marketing.
  • You’ve developed and delivered end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns based on sound strategy.
  • You’re able to turn insights into actionable recommendations and implement them effectively.
  • Your written and verbal communication skills are strong, and you’re skilled at negotiating, building, and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships at all levels.
  • You’re analytical and comfortable interpreting campaign results to provide actionable insights.
  • You hold relevant tertiary qualifications (such as commerce or marketing) and/or have equivalent work experience.
  • You’re self-motivated, organised, and able to plan your own work while actively contributing to cross-functional teams.
  • You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment and be ready to champion exceptional communications and marketing activities.
