Job summary

Kardex ANZ is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to lead the marketing function across Australia and New Zealand. The role partners with local business units to plan and execute an effective Marketing Plan, online and offline, including nurturing programs and exciting customer events.

The candidate should be data-driven, KPI-focused, and comfortable managing budgets and working across the regional MarCom team. Based in Sydney, Australia, with a mix of digital and event activities.

Qualifications

• University degree in digital marketing, marketing, communications, business studies, management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute digital and content marketing plans across owned channels (blog, LinkedIn, EDM).
• Support nurturing programs and campaigns in HubSpot; collaborate on SEO and paid search performance.
• Own social media content for local market; produce case studies with Sales/MarCom.
• Deliver KPI reporting using HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Lead events and local activations, manage budgets and pre/post event promotion.
